JBS Training Group Collaboration Classes

Refund/Cancellation/Deposit Policy   

Due to the nature of scheduling classes based on minimum attendance, and then  purchasing travel to go and teach the associated course, refunds are not available for any  course. You may however, choose to apply your tuition to a class at a later date in the same  calendar year, or transfer your tuition to another qualified individual. If you show up to a class  that has minimum standards and you cannot meet the performance threshold, or your  competence is seemingly lacking for the curriculum material, you risk being asked to leave the  course with no refund provided. BE SURE OF YOURSELF WHEN YOU SIGN UP. NO COURSE  PUBLICLY AVAILABLE IS A BEGINNERS COURSE UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED AND I DO  NOT TEACH INTRODUCTORY LEVEL CLASSES.  

If JBS cancels a course due to an unforeseen event, no matter the reason, a full refund  will be issued to all students.  

JBS Training Group reserves the right to choose to not allow a person or persons to  train with us, or ask any student(s) to leave any course at any time based on any reason we  deem appropriate.  

Additionally, if you pay a deposit to hold a seat for a course, you are then obligated to  fulfill your commitment of paying for that spot unless you have correspondence with me ahead  of time that absolves you of that promise. I understand that things happen. Just make sure to  notify me ASAP if you cannot make it to the course. Your initial deposit value will then be held  as credit for the remainder of the calendar year. That deposit is a commitment to the spot in  class it is associated with. No one else will fill that spot because it is held for you specifically.  When you fail to pay the remaining tuition, you cost a person a spot in the class, AND you cost  JBS Training Group the value of the unpaid invoice. That ain’t cool. Do what you say you’re  going to do.
